Offering the full scope of expert implementation, application management and hosting services, TIA also ensures their customers keep control of costs, achieve a faster time to market and gain more business value. TIA and 2021.AI have partnered to provide an AI and Machine Learning offering will include functionalities such as fraud detection, assisted decision making, and upsell and cross-sell insurance tooling. This also includes customer health, customer lifetime value and churn prevention and remedy. By making data analytics applications more accessible and compatible with the core IT system, TIA and 2021.AI are providing insurers with a cost-effective and seamless way to incorporate data analytics into their innovation strategy. By offering new data-analytics modules, we are working to remove some of these barriers and move insurers closer to realising their digital potential.
FocusVision is a leader in market research technology, specializing in quantitative and qualitative research. The company, which was founded in 1990, previously specialized in live video transmission of qualitative research. In 2014, 2015 and 2016, the company acquired the leading technology companies: Revelation, Decipher, Research Reporter, Qualvu and Kinesis. This expanded the company's offerings to include complete end-to- end technology solutions for quantitative research, qualitative research, reporting, project management, panel management and more. FocusVision has conducted several recent research studies resulting in white papers covering mobile video optimization in partnership with AOL, mobile research design, and methodology for conducting a quantitative-qualitative joint research project with Lightspeed Research and The Family Room LLC.
Smart Payments (Nets)
Smart Payments is a subsidiary of Nets, developing new payment solutions in collaboration with partners. Nets is a leading provider of digital payment services and related technology solutions across the Nordic region. Nets sits at the centre of the digital payments ecosystem and operates a deeply entrenched network, which connects merchants, corporate customers, financial institutions and consumers enabling them to make and receive payments as well as, increasingly, utilise value-added services to help them improve their respective activities. Smart Payments is embedding APEX platform technology to analyze and automate processing and routing, thus giving the end users a better customer experience. The Intelligent payment processing mechanism utilizes advanced Machine Learning algorithms in a mission critical real-time environment.

In addition to developing the world standard operating systems, Microsoft also has a strong presence in almost every area of computer software, from programming tools to end-use applications. Microsoft and 2021.AI work closely in bringing a scalable AI and Machine Learning enterprise infrastructure by providing the APEX platform and making this available on Microsoft's Azure cloud computing platform. We are very proud to have been awarded the “Spark of the year” award at the Microsoft Partner Award 2017 in November 2017.
CSAIL (Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory) is the largest research laboratory at MIT and one of the world’s most important centers of information technology research. CSAIL and its members have played a key role in the computer revolution.
