2021.AI is seeking a Business Operations Assistant to support and coordinate various internal functions across the company. In this role, you will gain valuable cross-functional experience and be a key contributor to the daily operations that drive 2021.AI forward.

About the role

As a Business Operations Assistant at 2021.AI, you will work closely with our sales, partnerships, and marketing teams to provide essential support in day-to-day tasks and projects. Your contributions will help ensure the smooth execution of our internal processes.

Key responsibilities:

Conduct market and industry research; prepare reports and summaries to support strategy and decision-making.
Assist with lead generation, CRM data updates, and preparation of sales materials and presentations.
Support coordination and submission of tenders; help gather required documentation.
Help collect time registrations from team members and assist with invoicing prep.
Assist with content planning and publishing on LinkedIn; support internal communication initiatives.

Skills & qualifications

Currently enrolled in a relevant university program
Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
High level of independence and accountability
Experience with Google Workspace, LinkedIn, or CRM tools is a plus
Passionate about operations, sales, and/or marketing

Extra consideration is given to candidates with:

Previous experience in a startup or scaleup environment
A can-do attitude and willingness to learn
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
