Student Project Manager

About the role

For our Copenhagen office we are looking for a Student Project Manager to work with our Project management and Data science teams to assist with planning and managing projects ranging from small POCs to large scale projects driving the implementation of AI for our global customer portfolio .

You will work closely with our senior business professionals and our technical teams that build AI solutions in close co-operation with our clients.

You will be part of the project management team and deliver project management on current and future projects.

Key responsibilities:

Contributing to the delivery of high quality projects on time and on budget
Project planning and coordination including definition of scope, objectives and deliverables
Facilitate effective collaboration with stakeholders
Create and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies
Managing day-to-day project management tasks and responsible for project progress

Skills & qualifications

Preferably studying a Master’s Degree within a relevant field
Excellent verbal and written communication to convey information clearly and effectively
Professional in English (written and oral)
Active listening skills to understand team members' and stakeholders' needs and feedback
Experience with and a keen interest in project management
Flexibility to manage unexpected challenges and changes
Exceptional organizational and planning skills and ability to prioritize
Creativity in overcoming challenges and obstacles
Independent, proactive and able to execute
Thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a flexible mentality
A burning passion for projects and startup scene within technology and AI
