As 2021.AI continues to invest in its international reach to support its growing global client base, a strong worldwide sales engagement is pivotal for building long-term relationships and delivering on our clients’ AI ambitions. 2021.AI is pleased to announce the expansion of its existing network of sales partners through recent additions in London, New York, Stockholm & Vienna.

2021.AI’s continued growth trajectory is reinforced by the commitment to reach and deliver into new markets and serve the growing need for practical enterprise-wide AI implementation for organizations worldwide. In particular, clients have identified Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) for data and AI as a critical focus area required for them to scale their AI implementation. 2021.AI is uniquely positioned to deliver full end-to-end solutions to support these functional areas.

Worldwide revenues for the artificial intelligence market, including software, hardware, and services, show impressive growth rates. An August 2020 forecast from the IDC Worldwide Semiannual Artificial Intelligence Tracker shows worldwide revenues surpassing $300 billion in 2024 with a five-year compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 17.1%.

“The role of AI Applications in enterprises is rapidly evolving. It is transforming how your customers buy, your suppliers deliver, and your competitors compete. AI applications continue to be at the forefront of digital transformation (DX) initiatives, driving both innovation and improvement to business operations,” says Ritu Jyoti, Program Vice President, Artificial Intelligence Research at IDC.

AI Implementation

As the international demand for AI continues to grow, the gap between AI ambitions in the enterprise segment and the actual implementation happening appears to be widening at the same time. Much of the challenge comes from the lack of a platform to address both the practical implementation and operation of AI with respect to the new legislation, regulations, and guidelines for data and AI. Organizations must prepare to deliver consolidated insights to their enterprise-wide use of data and AI, which calls for extending current risk management frameworks to include GRC for data and AI.

Mikael Munck, CEO & Founder of 2021.AI, commenting on 2021.AI’s global expansion: “Our company leverages my and our senior team’s experience in building and growing successful global technology companies. Since our launch, we have already established a fast track reputation and record of delivering market-shaping AI projects across several industries. Over the last 18 months, we have been heavily investing in our GRACE AI Platform to roll out the most comprehensive solution for GRC for data and AI on the market.”
