Junior Tech Communicator (Student Position)

At 2021.AI, we are looking for a Junior Tech Communicator to support our mission of delivering Responsible AI to organizations worldwide. In this student role, you will play a key part in making our GRACE AI Platform easy to understand and use by creating clear documentation, supporting training efforts, and by this helping improve the overall user experience.

You will work closely with consultants, product teams, and end users to ensure that knowledge iseffectively communicated and continuously improved through feedback and real-world usage.

You are a student with an interest in communication, technology/AI, and user experience. You enjoy simplifying complex topics and creating content that helps others succeed.

You are proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. You are curious, eager to learn, and motivated to contribute to a growing AI company.

About the role

In this role, you will work closely with our product managers to help our customers leverage the full functionality of 2021.AI’s GRACE AI Platform, guiding them with training and documentation material in achieving compliance with relevant standards and policies related to AI. You will play a key part in ensuring that our clients and consultants can effectively navigate Responsible AI and complex regulatory requirements, by knowing GRACE and all it`s new features.

Key responsibilities:

Create User Manuals & Training Material
Develop clear, structured, and easy-to-understand user guides, onboarding documents, and trainingresources. Ensure all documentation is up-to-date, accessible, and aligned with user needs.
Facilitate Feedback Collection
Engage with users and internal teams to gather feedback on product usage and documentation. Help translate this feedback into actionable insights for Product Owners to improve features and user experience.
Support Consultants in Training
Collaborate with consultants by providing high-quality materials and resources that support client onboarding and training sessions. Help ensure consistency and clarity in how GRACE is presented to clients.
Functional Support Interactions
Assist in managing client inquiries and provide functional support to ensure smooth and effective use of the platform. Help troubleshoot common issues and guide users toward solutions.

Skills & qualifications

Currently pursuing a degree in Communication, IT, Business, or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and user-friendly way
nterest in documentation, user experience, and training
Structured and detail-oriented approach to tasks
Eager to use Technology like video editing and AI chats for automation
Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams
Experience with documentation tools or content creation/video cutting is a plus
Simple coding/scripting experience is a plus
