The German consultancy company enowa AG and the Danish AI technology provider 2021.AI are embarking on a new strategic partnership for the German-speaking region. enowa and 2021.AI combine their core competencies in AI technology with 25 years of industry experience to help insurers leverage artificial intelligence and create value in the sector of insurance.

Artificial intelligence has already outgrown its infancy in the insurance industry. This has let the Danish company 2021.AI achieve several results on an international level with use cases in the areas of cost optimization, revenue growth, and risk minimization. Fraud detection, churn reduction and product recommendation are valuable fields for AI application

Thomas Heißmeyer, Chief Sales Officer of enowa AG, explains the reason for the partnership: “We see very promising AI application scenarios for the German insurance industry, for example in the areas of fraud detection and avoidance, churn reduction, or in the area of product recommendation and thus increased sales. By teaming up with 2021.AI we get an international partner with extensive AI expertise and experience, and a team of talents who have worked in successful international companies such as Microsoft, Uber, and eBay”. Heißmeyer points out that through 2021.AI’s platform Grace, the transition from a proof of concept (PoC) into the operation can be smoothly ensured. Furthermore, such issues as privacy, documentation, and compliance are fully covered.

Data stocks of insurance companies gain new business value with AI

Mikael Munck, CEO and founder of 2021.AI, adds: “At 2021.AI we are very excited about the partnership with enowa. We have not just found a great partner to go to market in Germany, we have also found a partner with deep technical expertise who understands data and the value in data and data architecture. This is fundamental for providing clear and measurable value from AI.
