Steering responsible growth: The demand for Responsible AI

COPENHAGEN, DENMARK | DECEMBER | 2023

The demand for Responsible AI is increasing at a rapid pace. As organizations across all industries embrace AI, they are also becoming more aware of the potential risks and ethical implications of this technology. As a result, there is a growing demand for solutions that can help organizations ensure that their AI systems are fair, unbiased, and comply with regulations, ethical criterias, and internal policies at any organization in the private and public sector.

Our commitment to Responsible AI

2021.AI is committed to the responsible use of AI. We believe that AI is a powerful technology that can benefit society when used responsibly. 2021.AI offers compliance with any globally recognized Responsible AI principles through our GRACE platform. GRACE allows for the development, deployment, and operation of any AI model and system including LLMs. We provide AI solutions for any organization, offering an efficient and scalable way to accelerate, scale, and streamline internal processes while ensuring the responsible use of these powerful technologies.

As one of many examples of Responsible AI frameworks within the GRACE platform, 2021.AI will demonstrate our commitment to Responsible AI through the Responsible AI (RAI) Commitments. This will be implemented in an automated and digitally traced manner within GRACE. Over 50 top venture capital firms and technology startups have already signed onto this voluntary commitment, which was initiated by the Responsible Innovation Labs, a non-profit organization in the San Francisco Bay Area. The framework was developed after consultations with the US Department of Commerce, which has been tasked by President Biden with setting evaluation standards for AI companies.

The voluntary guidelines contained in the RAI Commitments set an important precedent in the private sector for responsibly harnessing the power of AI technology for growth and innovation. To help implement the commitments, the RAI working group created a Responsible AI Protocol with clear action items, resources, and frameworks. 2021.AI could be one such resource to technology companies in ensuring the responsible development and deployment of AI systems.

Our role in promoting Responsible AI

Our recent North American expansion further reflects our commitment to promoting Responsible AI. The United States, in particular, is a major hub for AI innovation, and we are excited to extend our GRACE solutions to organizations in this part of the world.

We are also pleased to welcome Naveen Agarwal to our board of directors. Mr. Agarwal is a leading expert on AI and Data, and his expertise will be invaluable as we continue to promote Responsible AI.

When asked about his role, Agarwal commented, “As a board member, I look forward to collaborating with the 2021.AI team and am excited to introduce US enterprises to the Responsible AI Governance and Acceleration framework the company has developed in Europe. I have been very impressed with the vision and execution of the 2021.AI team.”

Board members have a critical role to play in ensuring that organizations are developing and using AI responsibly. They assist the management team with the strategy and governance for development and deployment of AI systems, and ensure that these systems are aligned with mission and values of the company and its clients.

2021.AI’s growth in North America is a significant milestone in our journey to promote Responsible AI. We are confident that our solutions can help these organizations use AI in a way that is both beneficial and ethical. We are also confident that our commitment to Responsible AI will make us a trusted partner to our customers.
